About the CompTIA A+ exam: The A+ is a two-part certification. Core 1 (220-1201) covers mobile devices, networking, hardware, virtualization and cloud, and hardware/network troubleshooting. Core 2 (220-1202) covers operating systems, security, software troubleshooting, and operational procedures. Each exam has up to 90 questions in 90 minutes, and you must pass both (cut scores: 675 for Core 1, 700 for Core 2, on a 100-900 scale).

Free A+ Practice Tests

A+ is two exams, so prepare and test for each core separately. Both practice tests are free with a full-length exam and a personalized Exam Coach report.
